Torch is Cliff Dagger’s main mask, worn as the driver of Jackhammer, and it throws large bursts of fire, which the fan wiki calls a human-controlled flamethrower. The wiki’s list runs from The Deathstone through most of the first season.
Wikipedia’s character list describes a flamethrower. It adds a second mask for Cliff, New Torch, with a vehicle called Thunderball, which does not appear in our toy records and which the list does not describe.
Kenner packed Torch with Jackhammer in 1985 and with Cliff Dagger and Sly Rax in a 1986 two-pack.
