Whip is Vanessa Warfield’s mask, and the fan wiki says she wears it in every vehicle she is in, whether that is her own Manta, Switchblade or Jackhammer. It makes a whip of energy that can hurt an enemy at close range or from a distance and grab objects, without her lifting a finger. In the cartoon the Backlash mask can turn it aside.
The fan wiki lists it in many episodes starting with The Star Chariot, which is also the debut of Vanessa herself. Wikipedia’s character list calls it electronic energy strands.
Kenner packed the mask with Manta in 1987 and with Floyd Malloy and Vanessa Warfield in a 1986 two-pack.
