Maraj is Jacques LaFleur’s mask, and he wears it mainly in his own vehicle, the Volcano. It creates an invisible field of energy that turns attacks aside, which Wikipedia’s character list describes as an invisibility screen, so the sources differ on whether the field hides the wearer or shields him.
The fan wiki lists six episodes, among them Stone Trees, in which Jacques saws into the stone tree that sets the plot moving.
Kenner packed the mask with Volcano and Glider Strike in 1986, with Detonator in 1987 and with Matt Trakker and Jacques LaFleur in a two-pack. The fan wiki and Wikipedia both describe a New Maraj for the Detonator, which generates a computer image of Jacques to operate the second vehicle. Our toy record lists a plain Maraj Mask.
