Magna Beam is Bruno Sheppard’s main mask, worn as driver of Stinger. It fires a beam that attracts, repels and rips apart anything magnetic, including metal exposed to magnetic fields. Wikipedia’s character list describes magnetic attraction, repulsion and tearing, calls the wearer Mad Dog Sheppard and also lists the mask for the Racing Arena pack. Matt-Trakker.com names the mask but gives no power.
The fan wiki lists fourteen appearances, starting with The Chinese Scorpion, where Stinger is dressed up as a giant metal scorpion, and running into the second season.
Kenner packed the mask with Stinger in 1986 and with Barracuda in 1987. Wikipedia calls the Barracuda version New Magna-Beam and gives it a holographic double, which our toy record does not mention. Our two records also spell the mask differently, as Magna-Beam and Magna Beam.
