Streamer is Julio Lopez’s mask and goes with the Firefly. The fan wiki records how the show handles it: Julio gives a different command for each, so he calls out Streamer Stickum for glue in one episode and Streamer Fire Extinguisher for foam in another, while a third episode has him say Streamer Oilslick even though the oil is coming from the vehicle’s gun and not from the mask.
Wikipedia’s character list describes glue bands, fire-suppressing foam and an oil-like substance, and Matt-Trakker.com lists glue, oil or foam, so the sources agree on all three.
Kenner packed Streamer with Firefly in 1986, with Fireforce in 1987 and with Julio Lopez and Calhoun Burns in a two-pack. Wikipedia calls the Fireforce version New Streamer and says it produces a holographic clone, which our toy record does not mention.
