Dolphin is another toy-only mask, and the fan wiki says it was exclusive to the 1986 Coast Patrol set in Europe and was never used in the show or in any comic. The wiki quotes the packaging, which says the mask emits sonic signals, and Wikipedia’s character list gives Matt Trakker as the wearer, with the same description. It is a mask for which the toy is the only evidence.
Our toy record for Coast Patrol lists a Dolphin Mask.
Powers and episode lists are paraphrased from the pages above; where they disagree, the page says so.
