Coast Patrol is a carded adventure pack built around Matt Trakker in rescue gear, and it replaces the vehicle with an armed rescue raft that carries him across the water. The card holds his Dolphin mask, a pontoon, an anchor, two torpedoes, two flippers and a marine accelerator. Adventure packs arrived with the second wave in 1986 as a cheaper, vehicle-free way to get a new Matt, and this one pairs a fresh mask with the water-themed kit. Because the pieces are small and numerous, the torpedoes and flippers are what to count on a loose pack.
