Venom’s Revenge is the V.E.N.O.M. counterpart to the M.A.S.K. Adventure Packs, released in the United States in the same group as Jungle Challenge, Coast Patrol and Rescue Mission. Wikipedia dates the packs to 1986 and calls the gear an assault jet pack.
The agent is Miles “Wolf” Mayhem. The fan site MASKFORCE lists a personal jet-thrust transporter, two pyro-cannons, two fang missiles and two fuel transport hoses, and labels the set V.E.N.O.M.’s Offensive Adventure Pack.
Mayhem wears the Ripper mask, which fires a beam of metal-shredding energy. MASKFORCE notes the mask’s comic debut is in the DC story “African Nightmare.”
The sources used here do not record a cartoon appearance for the pack itself. Mayhem debuts in the first episode, “The Deathstone.” His vehicles in the toy line are Switchblade, Outlaw, Buzzard and Wolfbeast. Wikipedia describes Mayhem as the V.E.N.O.M. leader and an arms dealer, and MASKFORCE lists his age as 44. Brendan McKane voices him in the cartoon.
