Venom’s Revenge is Miles Mayhem’s adventure pack, an assault jet pack he wears into battle with a Ripper mask. The card includes two pyro cannons, two fang missiles, a jet-thrust transporter and two fuel transport hoses, so it is one of the more detailed villain accessories of 1986. It turns the V.E.N.O.M. commander into a one-man assault unit rather than a driver, and the fuel hoses are what link the transporter to the pack. A loose set often lacks the fang missiles, so check those along with the Ripper mask.
