About This Figure
Made by The Loyal Subjects under a Hasbro licence. Part of the 40th Edition Black and Gold collection announced in July and August 2025. Maker listing was live when checked; stock elsewhere was not verified.
The 40th Edition High Tech Helicopter is the black and gold metallic release of the Switchblade conversion that The Loyal Subjects sold as the V.E.N.O.M. vehicle of the first wave. It has the same dual laser cannons, hidden missile launchers and Shockwave Shell drop feature as the standard toy, with a 13-inch frame and a one-foot wingspan as the maker gives it, and Miles Mayhem comes with his Viper mask and a second, longer-fitting mask.
The Loyal Subjects sold it direct for $110 in August 2025 and it is still shown with an add-to-cart button in the maker shop’s limited edition collection when we checked on 2026-11-01. A third-party seller lists it at a much higher price, so compare before you buy.
