Powerhouse is Nash Gorey’s mask, which he wears as driver or co-driver of Outlaw, and it multiplies his physical strength, which the fan wiki says turns a weak and nerdy body into one capable of brute force. The toy line’s original color guides, according to the wiki, called the mask Samson, and in The Scarlet Empress Gorey still uses that name on screen.
The fan wiki lists eight episodes, from The Lost Fleet on. Kenner packed Powerhouse with Outlaw in 1986 and in the Miles Mayhem and Nash Gorey two-pack.
