Disruptor is Alex Sector’s second mask and goes with The Collector, the Series 3 vehicle that he operates. It disrupts radio transmissions, a quieter power than most. The fan wiki lists a single episode, Challenge of the Masters, and notes that the mask looks the same as Jackrabbit apart from the color.
Our toy record for The Collector lists a Disruptor Mask, 1987.
A fan wiki compiled this list of episodes where the mask appears; we have linked each one to our own guide but have not checked every entry against the picture. It runs to 1 episode.
Powers and episode lists are paraphrased from the pages above; where they disagree, the page says so.
