Major David Krauss, code name Shadow, is the chief of security at Cape Canaveral in the episode Everglades Oddity. A fan site describes him as initially M.A.S.K.-aligned and then compromised: V.E.N.O.M. pays him for access, which it uses to steal the space shuttle. Miles Mayhem is said to get along with him.
The same page records that Krauss’s fate is unknown, and gives him no voice actor. For the plot of that episode, see also the Seminole boys Osk and Mike, and Alex Sector, who frees Mike from V.E.N.O.M.’s fake shuttle.
