Shark is a white Porsche 928 that transforms into a submarine. Its driver is Gloria Baker, the champion race car driver and Kung Fu black belt. Her mask is Aura, which produces energy-absorbing force shields.
Shark debuts in episode 2, “The Star Chariot.” It appeared only in the cartoon and was never released as a toy. A fan article that lists cartoon vehicles the author wished had been made into toys names Shark first and describes it as a Porsche 928 that converts to a submarine, and Wikipedia confirms the same two facts.
The vehicle that did reach shelves for Baker was Stiletto, a Lamborghini Countach from Series Four. A fan reviewer notes that Stiletto is a separate car from Shark, and that the mask Baker wears with it carries a different name from Aura while looking much the same. In 2023 Ramen Toy began releasing a Makina Labs line of toys based on M.A.S.K., and its Great White is based on Shark.
The same fan article recalls that in the first season Baker rode as a co-pilot in Gator or Thunderhawk.
