Rescue Mission is an Adventure Pack released in the United States with the Series Two toys. Wikipedia describes the gear as a helipack, and the fan site MASKFORCE labels it the MASK Forest Adventure Pack.
The agent is Bruce “Magic” Sato. MASKFORCE lists a backpack that doubles as a radio generator, a ravine spanner, a grappling launcher with two grappling hooks, and two skis that convert into a rotor blade for the ravine spanner.
Sato wears the Grasshopper mask, which lets the wearer jump amazing distances. Lifter, the anti-gravity mask Sato uses in Rhino, is a different mask. Wikipedia dates the Adventure Packs to 1986.
The sources used here do not record a cartoon appearance for the pack itself. Sato debuts in the first episode, “The Deathstone.” His other Kenner toys are Rhino and, in Series Four, Dynamo. MASKFORCE lists Sato as 27, a toy designer in civilian life, and voiced by Doug Stone in the cartoon.
