Arctic Assault is one of four Adventure Packs released only in Europe. The sources do not give a release year for the European group.
The agent is Calhoun Burns, called “Stonewall” on the fan site MASKFORCE and “Cowboy” on Wikipedia. Wikipedia describes the gear as an armed jetpack. MASKFORCE lists a toboggan, a backpack that doubles as a radar and turbo instigator, two blizzard guns, two snow shoes and two hooks, with the blizzard guns as the weapons system. Neither source describes the set as a vehicle that transforms.
Burns wears a recolored Gulliver mask, which shrinks and enlarges people or objects. It is the same mask that came with Raven in Series Two.
The sources used here do not record a cartoon appearance for the pack itself. Burns debuts in episode 49, “Follow the Rainbow,” where Raven also debuts. Graeme McKenna voices Burns in the cartoon, and MASKFORCE credits his first comic appearance to the DC story “The Family Jewels.”
