Sawblade is Sly Rax’s second mask, worn as operator of the Pit Stop Catapult, and it fires small saw blades that spin quickly enough to hurt people and damage vehicles. The fan wiki says it looks the same as Stiletto and fires in the same way, apart from the colors, and lists four second-season episodes.
Kenner packed the mask with Pit Stop Catapult in 1987.
A fan wiki compiled this list of episodes where the mask appears; we have linked each one to our own guide but have not checked every entry against the picture. It runs to 4 episodes.
Powers and episode lists are paraphrased from the pages above; where they disagree, the page says so.
