Deep Freeze is Maximus Mayhem’s mask, used when he drives Buzzard, and it fires a ray of cold energy. The fan wiki lists five second-season episodes and says the mask looks the same as his brother’s Flexor apart from the green forehead. Wikipedia’s character list and Matt-Trakker.com agree on the wearer and the power.
None of our Kenner toy records for Buzzard lists a Deep Freeze mask.
A fan wiki compiled this list of episodes where the mask appears; we have linked each one to our own guide but have not checked every entry against the picture. It runs to 5 episodes.
Powers and episode lists are paraphrased from the pages above; where they disagree, the page says so.
