Duane Kennedy is the Peaceful Nations Alliance liaison who asks Matt Trakker for help against V.E.N.O.M., in four episodes including Highway to Terror and Assault on Liberty. Mark Halloran voices him.
Duane Kennedy appears in Assault on Liberty, episode fourteen, where he represents the Peaceful Nations Alliance. V.E.N.O.M. has stolen the Statue of Liberty, and he turns to Matt Trakker and his team to get it back. His role is that of the client who sets the mission in motion.
Mark Halloran voices him, according to both the Wikipedia article on the series and the cartoon information page at matt-trakker.com. Halloran also voices Buddie Hawks, Ace Riker, Sly Rax and Cliff Dagger, so Kennedy is a rare moment when a voice from both sides of the cast turns up as a neutral figure.
The sources consulted do not give him a figure, a vehicle or a first name beyond Duane.
