T-Bob is the Trakker family robot, and the 1986 adventure pack sells him alongside Scott Trakker, Matt’s son. The robot converts into a motor scooter that Scott can ride, and the listings I found name no separate accessories, so the pack is the robot, the boy and their card. It is the way to get the supporting cast on the shelf next to the masked agents. The pack was part of the US line, unlike the European-only adventure packs of the same year, and it came on a blister card like the others in the group.
