Iguana is the vehicle of Lester “Lizard” Sludge, a V.E.N.O.M. henchman with a red flattop and a signature cackle who appears in the racing episodes of the cartoon. It is a black Suzuki quad bike that converts into a mobile buzz saw platform. A collector guide calls it a four-by-four ATV that becomes a mobile shredder.
Kenner released it in Series Three in 1987. The listed features are a circular sawblade, a second cockpit, rapid-fire bazookas, a rear deflector shield, a slither slicer and hyper speed boosters.
Sludge wears the Mudslinger mask, which shoots mud at his enemies. The collector guide describes it as simulating flinging mud.
In the cartoon Iguana debuts in episode 66, the first racing episode. In the second racing episode, episode 67, Sludge nearly kills Matt Trakker. He has no other Kenner vehicle. Brian George voices Sludge in the cartoon. Iguana, Bulldog and Wildcat all debut in episode 66.
