Eclipse is Brad Turner’s second mask and the one he wears in Razorback. It creates a field of darkness, which in practice means the opponent loses the ability to see where he is going, and the fan wiki observes that the purpose is similar to Matt Trakker’s Shroud.
The fan wiki lists it in three second-season episodes, which fits a mask tied to a Series 3 racing vehicle. Wikipedia’s character list and Matt-Trakker.com give the same description of the power.
Kenner included the Eclipse mask with Razorback in 1987.
