The first issue of the Energon Universe series, on sale in June 2026. Dan Watters writes and Pye Parr draws, with colors by Pierluigi Casolino and letters by Rus Wooton. A preview ran in the Free Comic Book Day Energon Universe Special on 2 May 2026, and a blind-bag program let readers pull any of the solicited covers A to K. Image’s own release page prints 10 June 2026 as the original publication date, where the first announcement said 3 June, so the exact day is left as reported. The cover itself prints $5.99 while Image’s page lists $4.99, and that disagreement is also left standing. Covers and cover credits come from Image Comics’ release page (imagecomics.com/comics/releases/mask-1); the images are hosted here.
